Most of our planters do! The product description will always mention whether it includes a drainage hole or is better suited as a cover pot. If in doubt, just ask—we’re happy to help.

We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 working days, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days depending on your location.

Yes! If your order isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it—just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging. For more details, see our Returns Policy.

We’re so sorry! Please email us at sales@thepotpatch.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll sort it out quickly.

Most of our pots just need a light wipe with a damp cloth. For porous materials like terracotta or unsealed stone, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Specific care tips are included on each product page.
